Bearly Bare — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bearly Bare, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation terms before completing your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a standard return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags intact and attached.
• In their original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorized before shipment. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and applicable return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping on all standard returns, regardless of:

• The quantity of products ordered.
• The total purchase value.
• Whether the purchase contains individual products or bundles, including 3-packs, 4-packs, and 5-packs.
• Whether the original order qualified for free shipping or a promotional shipping offer.

Free shipping on an original purchase does not include complimentary return shipping.

Bearly Bare does not provide free or prepaid shipping labels for standard customer-requested returns.

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage.

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is attributable to Bearly Bare, we will cover any necessary return shipping.

No restocking fee is charged.

3. Order Cancellation & Payment Processing Fees

Customers may request an order cancellation before shipment by contacting rafay@bearlybare.com as soon as possible.

For voluntary customer-requested cancellations accepted before dispatch:

• If no non-refundable payment-processing fee was incurred, the customer receives a full refund.
• If a non-refundable payment-processing fee was incurred, a cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules.
• Any deduction will be limited to the actual non-refundable processing fee incurred and will not exceed the maximum cancellation fee disclosed before purchase.
• Bearly Bare does not charge an additional administrative cancellation fee.

This policy applies to eligible voluntary cancellations regardless of whether the request is made immediately after purchase or several days later.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through our standard cancellation process. Customers may request a return after delivery under the applicable return policy.

Important exceptions: Cancellation processing fees will not be deducted when a full refund is required by applicable law, including qualifying cancellations resulting from Bearly Bare's inability to fulfill or ship an order as promised.

Customers will be informed of any applicable cancellation deduction before the refund is processed.

4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact rafay@bearlybare.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, Bearly Bare will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

If a return is required due to an error attributable to Bearly Bare, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange another suitable return method at our expense.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping for a replacement required because of our error.

In some cases, Bearly Bare may authorize a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.

Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Exchanges and Customer-Requested Changes

If you ordered an incorrect size or design, changed your mind, or wish to purchase a different product, you may request an eligible return within 15 days of delivery.

For these customer-requested changes:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• The original item must meet our standard return eligibility requirements.
• Once received, inspected, and approved, the eligible refund will be processed.
• The customer may place a new order for their preferred size or design.
• Standard shipping fees and applicable free-shipping thresholds apply to the new purchase.

This policy applies to individual products and bundle purchases.

Exchange or store-credit options may also be offered through our Returns Center, where available.

6. Tag Removal and Product Condition

Items with removed, damaged, or missing original tags are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns or refunds.

All original tags must remain intact and attached to the product.

Bearly Bare reserves the right to decline standard returns that do not meet these conditions. This does not limit applicable rights concerning faulty, incorrect, or nonconforming products.

7. Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered as an optional alternative where available and permitted, but will not be imposed in place of a legally required monetary refund.

For standard approved returns, we aim to initiate refunds within 10 business days of approval, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact rafay@bearlybare.com.

Any legally required refund will be issued within the applicable statutory deadline.

9. European Union Consumer Rights

Where applicable, customers purchasing merchandise shipped into the European Union retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from receipt of the goods.

Customers exercising this right may be responsible for direct return-shipping costs where that responsibility was properly disclosed before purchase.

Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional express delivery charges need not be reimbursed beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory timeframe, subject to any lawful right to wait until returned goods or proof of return are received.

Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights concerning cancellation, defective products, returns, or refunds.
