When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase products from Bearly Bare.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issues.

Customers should carefully review their order details before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation before shipment by contacting rafay@bearlybare.com.

For voluntary customer-requested cancellations, an applicable non-refundable payment-processing fee may be deducted from the refund only where legally permitted and clearly disclosed before purchase in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No such fee will apply if no non-refundable processing fee was incurred. Any permitted deduction will not exceed the actual non-refundable cost incurred or the previously disclosed maximum, whichever is lower.

No cancellation deduction will apply where a full refund is required by applicable law.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled through our standard cancellation process. Eligible returns may be requested in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a standard 15-day return window beginning on the date of delivery.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for standard return shipping, regardless of order quantity, order value, individual-item purchases, or bundle purchases.

Original-order free shipping does not include free return shipping.

If Bearly Bare sends an incorrect product or supplies a product that is damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover necessary return or replacement shipping.

Prices, discounts, bundle offers, and promotional campaigns may change without prior notice.

The applicable product price is the price displayed when the order is placed and accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices may exclude applicable taxes, shipping, customs duties, and other charges, which will be disclosed as required during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

Any applicable customer-requested cancellation fee must be disclosed before purchase in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.

Bearly Bare does not impose additional undisclosed administrative cancellation fees.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe communicated on our website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates may vary based on destination, carrier availability, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the notifications, cancellation options, and refunds required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes Bearly Bare's obligations concerning delivery, non-delivery, damaged goods, refunds, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Return shipping is governed separately by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
