Bearly Bare — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bearly Bare! We aim to deliver your order safely, reliably, and as efficiently as possible.

Please review our shipping information before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Processing time and estimated delivery time are separate. The estimated shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
• Available on domestic orders.
• Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
• Available on domestic orders.
• Applicable express shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping Offers

Bearly Bare may offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders, bundles, or promotional purchases.

Eligibility for free shipping is determined by the applicable offer and the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Free shipping on the original order does not include complimentary return shipping.

3. International Shipping

Bearly Bare ships to 27 countries worldwide through available international shipping services, subject to checkout availability.

USPS International

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
• Available for select countries.

DHL Express International

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
• Available for select countries.

International shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly included in the checkout total, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use your tracking number to follow your shipment through the applicable carrier.

Please allow time for the carrier to register and update your tracking information after dispatch.

5. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as:

• Carrier disruptions.
• Severe weather conditions.
• Customs processing.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
• Public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to dispatch an order within the applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will provide the notifications, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law.

6. Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your order are important to us.

If your package appears lost, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting missing packages within 7 days of their expected delivery date and visible shipping damage within 7 days of receipt. These reporting guidelines do not limit your applicable statutory rights.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Your contact information.
• The tracking number, if available.
• Photographs of any damaged packaging or products, where applicable.

We will investigate the issue with the relevant shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

If Bearly Bare sends an incorrect product or the order arrives damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

7. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact rafay@bearlybare.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

For voluntary customer-requested cancellations, any applicable processing-fee deduction will be governed by our published Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law and proper disclosure before purchase.

If no applicable non-refundable processing fee was incurred, no cancellation processing fee will apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through our standard cancellation process. An eligible return may instead be requested after delivery.

No cancellation fee will be imposed where a full refund is required by law.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping on all standard customer-requested returns, regardless of:

• Order quantity.
• Total purchase value.
• Individual product purchases.
• Bundle purchases, including 3-packs, 4-packs, and 5-packs.
• Whether the original purchase qualified for free shipping.

Bearly Bare does not provide complimentary return shipping for standard returns.

Exceptions: When an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is attributable to Bearly Bare, we will cover necessary return or replacement shipping.

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service when returning approved products.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact rafay@bearlybare.com immediately.

We will attempt to correct the information before dispatch whenever possible.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may depend on carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.
